Are Brilliant Opals’s diamonds certified?

All diamonds are carefully handpicked and examined by our in-house GIA certified gemologist. Most of our diamonds are certified by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) where a certificate will be provided upon purchase.

Can I resize my ring?

Upon purchase we offer a complimentary one-time resizing on all Brilliant Opals Jewellery.

If more than one resizing is needed, a small resizing fee applies. Your resized ring will be inspected by quality assurance to ensure that our high standards are met, and fits you perfectly.

Feel free to reach out for other special services from resizing to polishing and engraving.

What is the lead time for bespoke orders?

Depending on the complexity of the design, bespoke fine jewellery requests normally take 6 - 12 weeks for production upon confirmation. We try our best to meet any expedited requests while maintaining our quality standards, but good things take time!

What if I can’t find my ring size online?

If your size isn’t available online, please drop us a message for resizing requests. Our size guide is available here or pop by our showroom for complimentary sizing by our specialists.

Do you do customisations of designs? Do you do engravings?

Yes! We’d love to create your dream design for you. For bespoke or engraving requests, please reach out to us and let us know what you have in mind.

Can I see your jewellery in person?

We currently have a showroom in Singapore located at 10 Anson Rd, #02-77a International Plaza. For in-person viewings and try-ons of our full jewellery collection, feel free to pop by for a visit Mondays to Fridays anytime between 11am to 4pm.

Which currency are your prices in?

All the prices on our website and in our showroom are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange within 7 days of receipt. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition and returned to our showroom. Please contact us prior to your return stating the reason for your return.
