Shipping & Delivery
To make your experience with Brilliant Opals as seamless and comfortable as possible, we always offer free worldwide shipping and delivery on all orders, no matter the amount.
DELIVERY WITHIN SINGAPORE
Orders within Singapore can either be picked up at our International Plaza store or personally delivered by us to your doorstep. Once your item has been dispatched/is ready for collection, we will notify you via email or text to arrange for a suitable delivery or collection date. If notified via email, please check your spam/junk mail folders for order confirmations.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Orders outside of Singapore are shipped via FedEx with signature on delivery and can take from 1 - 3 business days pending customs. Prices do not include overseas customs duties or taxes that may incur.
PLEASE NOTE
For your protection, Brilliant Opals Jewellery always:
Insures and registers all items for their full value.
Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.
International shipments can be processed online. Customs processes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer; please check with your local customs office for information. Other than GST/PST/HST, there are no additional import duties for orders shipped to Canada and Australia.
Brilliant Opals Jewellery is committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date. On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, you must report this to us within 5 days of receiving your tracking number.
For insurance reasons we cannot reroute packages after they have shipped from Brilliant Opals Jewellery.
